Refund policy
The full report is $30 and the simplified report is $15. Both are personalized digital goods, charged by Paddle.
Before the PDF is sent
If the PDF has not been emailed, you can ask for a refund within 14 days of payment by writing to refunds@getkincode.com. The refund is issued through Paddle. Include your order id.
After the PDF is sent
Once the report has been emailed, it is not refundable in the ordinary case, because it was written from your birth details. If the file is damaged or clearly the wrong order, email us and we will resend it or refund it.
Paddle
Paddle is the merchant of record. Paddle’s buyer terms may also apply at checkout. Refunds return to the original payment method on the bank’s timeline.
