What we store

The free chart is calculated in your browser. Birth details stay on that device until you check out. At checkout we receive your email, the birth details you agreed to send, the computed chart, and the order status.

A share link carries only the public KinCode fields: day master, life-palace stars, MBTI, and the Human Design abbreviation. It does not include your name, date, time, city, or coordinates.

Payment

Paddle is the merchant of record. We do not store card numbers. The only custom field sent to Paddle is the order id, so the payment can be matched to your KinCode order. Paddle’s own privacy notice covers the payment data they process.

How it is used

Orders are used to write and email the PDF, to send the paid-order notice, and to handle refunds. Birth details are not sold and are not used for advertising.

How long

Orders are kept through delivery, any refund dispute, and the period the books require. You can email to ask for deletion. Payment records held by Paddle may remain where tax rules require them.

Who can see it

Orders sit in a password-protected admin list. If an email service is configured, messages pass through it. Birth details are not placed on public pages.
